Awaken and align your body with this rejuvenating yoga session. We will focus on strength and flexibility, and you'll leave feeling challenged, balanced and relaxed. All levels are welcome to attend! When our second studio opens, we plan to have the capacity to increase in temperatures through Infared Sauna panels. The demanding nature of the poses and the heat are designed to raise your heart rate and exercise your muscles.
